“If your body is a temple, your feet are the foundation. They are also the most neglected part of your body, like the basement of your house. Look down, connect with your feet, pamper them, and your feet will hold you high.”
As a specialized Thai & Zen-Shiatsu(barefoot) Massage Therapist constantly on my toes I would be lost without Foot Reflexology or Hand Reflexology for that matter. Yes, that exists too.

Accupuncture Figures by Charlie Kinyon on Flickr.
This summer I really want to focus on my health. My mom has a doctor that does Osteopathic medicine, and I met a lady today who recomended cranial sacral medicine. I really don’t know what these are yet, but Ive done accupuncture before with good results. If any tumblrs out there know anything about natural medicine, I’d love to communicate.
Cranial sacral therapy is pretty awesome.
It requires nothing of you to lay down and relax, clothed, while a practitioner uses very little applied pressure to feel your sacral pulse. I am not a practitioner myself but my studio has a few people who do it and I have been really impressed. My sacral rhythm isn’t actually very bad but the idea is that by getting it aligned your body is allowed to truly, naturally heal itself.
Each person is different. My favorite guy makes me so loopy for hours afterward. His name is Steve.
My meridians
are quite perfectly aligned
but I miss my eyes
let Sandy align your meridians!
